Conveniently located on the main level of the conference center are six meeting rooms, the sub-divisible Grand Ballroom, signature Gallery and outdoor Verandah. Slightly removed for privacy, the Executive Boardroom overlooks the Gallery from the Mezzanine level.Grand Ballroom 
The contemporary design and fiber optic star-field lighting distinguishes the Grand Ballroom from other more traditional settings. It is generously equipped for conferences, tradeshows and galas with the latest technology and audio-visual capabilities, versatile meeting and event lighting as well as electrical and data access. With nearly 14,000 square feet of column-free, configurable space, the Grand Ballroom is easily subdivided into seven rooms that comfortably host groups ranging from 40 to 2,000 guests. Gallery
The signature Gallery is a contemporary pre-function atrium with distinctive versatility that offers an ideal setting for all types of events. Leather seating and wireless Internet provide a comfortable area for guests to relax between meetings or catch up on business from the office. Data and electrical access make it a convenient location for event registration and tradeshow booths. While the floor to ceiling windows showcase a stunning backdrop for cocktail receptions or silent auctions.Verandah
The beautiful outdoor Verandah features comfortable seating, cozy fireplaces and a relaxing water feature. It is the perfect retreat from a day of meetings and is also available for private events, receptions and weddings with up to 200 guests.Allan Weegar Board Room
Every detail of this well-appointed Executive Boardroom is designed with your most important meetings in mind. With floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Signature Gallery and Thousand Oaks Drive, it is located on the Mezzanine level away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the conference center for ultimate privacy.
Comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests, it features state-of-the-art technology, Wi-Fi access and built-in 60" LCD monitor with blackout drapes. And for those times when the office calls with urgent business, two individual workstations are strategically located just outside the boardroom to provide a convenient place for your executives to slip away and handle pressing matters.
Meeting Rooms
Your guests will have no trouble finding their meeting with the LCD signage that labels each of the rooms. Six well-equipped meeting rooms with permanent LCD projectors and retractable screens are located on the main level with capacities ranging from 50 to 250 guests. Additionally, the versatility of the Hurst Conference Center allows for up to 13 individual meeting rooms depending on the configuration of the space.
