CHEF ROBERT BLEIBTREY
Prior to coming to the conference center, Robert played a key role in opening food & beverage operations for the Ballpark at Arlington - home to the Texas Rangers (MLB). As Executive Chef, he oversaw the prestigious Diamond Club, Gold Club, Rawlins Club, 120 suites, and 240 concessions stands.
In addition, Robert has showcased his talents in major events across the U.S. including: 2005 All- Star Game Detroit Michigan, 2004 Democratic National Convention, New York Yankees pitcher, Roger Clemens 40th Birthday Gala, President George H.W. Bush Political Fundraisers and Mark Maguire & Roger Clemens Charity Gala.
Robert has won numerous awards throughout his career - including Manager of the Year and the Bon Appetite RSVP 1998 recipe for his Towering bread pudding. His efforts also aided in the venue's selection as the 2006 Wedding Guide "Best reception location in DFW."
